Frequently Asked Questions

Q

1. How do I register for my organization?

It's as easy as point and click! Just follow the instructions on our home page, which will direct you to our 4 step registration process. You will be guided through the registration form, which contains many of the same questions as a paper registration form, but streamlined for the Internet.

After you've filled out information about yourself, the participant you are registering and payment, you will be able to look over your form before sending it in. Later, you can view your registration's status in My Registrations, available in the Members section of the menu to your left. When rosters and schedules are available, you can view them online, too!

Q

2. How do I become a member?

To become a member, simply register for the organization of your choice. Automatically, a registration with PreEnroll will be created. The organization under which you registered uses this information to manage all of its online registrations, but will only be able to view information that you explicitly send to it when you register for an organization.

Your registration doesn't just end with one particular organization, though. You can use the same registration to sign up with any organization at PreEnroll. Your registration allows you to check on the status of your registrations, view rosters and schedules, contact coaches, instructors and administrators, and much more.

Q

3. What if I participate in multiple organizations?

No problem! PreEnroll combines all of your registrations in a convenient, at-a-glance summary. Just because your organizations are for different sports or miles away from each other doesn't stop us from bringing it all together in one place.

Q

4. How is PreEnroll associated with my organization?

If your organization is here with us at PreEnroll, it's because the administrator has requested that we provide this service to you. We maintain contact with the administrator throughout the lifetime of the organization's association with us to solve problems, answer questions, and notify the organization of updates to services or new services.

While we record the registrations for the administrator, he or she is the one who builds your rosters and schedules, appoints instructors, coaches, and does just about everything that an administrator normally does. What we provide is a more efficient way for administrators to get through their duties and get you out to the field.

Q

5. Who should I contact if I have further questions?

Questions regarding scheduling, rosters, or classes should be referred to your Organization administrator. If you are having difficulties with the registration process on this site, please fill out a Support Request Form.
